Refund Policy

1. Digital Computing Power and Credits

MyAI Startup provides digital computing power and API access through a prepaid credit system. Because our services involve the immediate allocation of computing resources and third-party AI token consumption, all purchases of credits are final.

2. Strictly Non-Refundable Policy

Digital computing power and credits, once consumed or used via our API, are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used credit balances. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to a refund for any used credits.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the event of unauthorized fraudulent transactions or billing errors made by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. If you believe there is a billing error, please contact support@mycompany.com within 7 days of the transaction.
