How are credits consumed during analysis?
Credits are deducted based on the duration of the audio analyzed. For example, 1 second of audio processing costs exactly 10 credits. There are no hidden fees or monthly subscriptions required.
How do I install the client on macOS?
Download the .dmg file, open it, and drag the "MUNA AI" app into your Applications folder. Because we use secure local file processing, you may need to allow the app in your macOS Privacy & Security settings on the first run.
Are my audio files and proprietary data secure?
Absolutely. The desktop client securely uploads your test audio to an encrypted, temporary Google Cloud Storage bucket solely for diagnostic purposes. We guarantee that your private test files are never used to train any public AI models.
